Why it matters?

Reporting any change in condition, incident, or accident is essential to ensuring Gallawah can continue to provide safe and effective support, while managing a client’s care needs and NDIS plan appropriately.

An incident or accident can refer to an event that happens either during or outside of the care services provided.

What will happen?

Gallawah’s Care Management team will reach out to the client and their representative (if applicable) to discuss the situation and decide on the best course of action.
